1. Where can I find your products?

You can shop here on our website and see the list of our products as we duly operate online. You can also find us in Lazada and on Shopee

2. How can I pay for my ordered items?

You can pay directly via our website (we are powered by PayMongo). We accept credit/debit card payments, Maya, GCash, and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) basis. 

3. When can I get my orders if I placed it today?

If you have placed your orders today, we ship it the next day. If you reside in Metro Manila, you may receive your items after 2 to 3 business days after it has been processed. If you are located in Greater Manila (Cavite, Rizal, Laguna) and Provincial Areas, you may expect your orders after 4 to 7 business days. 

You may also have your orders shipped via GrabExpress, Lalamove, or Angkas Delivery (shipping cost shoulder by the buyer), so you can get your items faster. Kindly notify us in advance should you choose on-the-day delivery, so we can prioritize your items for departure. 

4. How can I follow-up on the delivery?

Should you wish to follow-up, you may send us an SMS/Viber via (0961) 451 0640, an email to hello@happy-shift.com, or message our social media accounts. Our Customer Service Representatives will assist you. 

5. Are your products safe for use?

Yes. All our products are made of all-natural ingredients. They do not contain any harmful or hazardous chemicals to be deemed safe for use even for pregnant women. Our products are all made and sourced in the Philippines. 

6. Why are your products affordable? 

It is our advocacy to offer all-natural products in the most affordable price set as possible. This is to encourage everyone to 'shift' to using natural items to show care for the environment. 

Also, we do not spend so much on our packaging because we believe that less means more. We want to reduce the trash that eventually gets to bodies of water, landfills, and other areas that cause pollution. 

7. Can I get you as a supplier of souvenirs for my event? 

Yes, of course. We'd love to! We have special pricing and can customize based on what you need and your current preference. You may send us a message directly for your orders and guarantee to get a special computation for your items. 

Please give us at least 4 to 8 weeks lead time to process your orders especially if it is in bulk quantity (50 pieces and above). Many wonder why it has be to a month advance - we prepare fresh items and we do not keep too much stocks. 

8. Do you have a minimum quantity for your corporate/event souvenirs?

Yes. We encourage at least 50 pieces minimum. 

9. Can I resell your products?

Yes! If you want to resell our products, you may. Please send us a message, so that we can give you special rates for your orders. No membership fee needed. No minimum order required, too.
